This bad boy can carry so many crayons. 

Made for the United States Marine Corps, the Improved Load-Bearing Equipment was designed to help Marines carry everything they needed while also not breaking their back. Thanks to technology, the load-bearing systems helped distribute the weight of the pack so as not to put pressure on one part of the body.  
 
These packs are complete with the exception of the waist strap. This does affect the weight distribution a bit, but the packs can still be used, and when the other straps are well-tightened, it feels fine. 
 
The packs feature: 
-padded backing, padded shoulder straps
-quick-release shoulder straps
-top opening as well as side opening to better reach certain items without having to empty the entire bag
-many MOLLE straps
-exterior pouch
-side pouches to carry a bed mat
-and a removable lid. 
 
Some packs may have a broken buckle, but they don't appear to have any effect on closing or wearing the bag.
 
Since these are used, please expect some small tears, fraying, markings, and/or stains. Other than that, they are in great condition and ready to be used!
