Part of the US Army Extended Cold Weather Clothing System (ECWCS), this waterproof parka would be worn over your field jacket to keep you warm and dry during cold and wet weather.

It features a large hood, one sleeve pocket, two waist pockets, reinforced elbows, and a waist adjustment cord. 

Made of 100% nylon, this will help keep you dry during the upcoming rainy season.
 
I only have one available, and it is a size large-regular. Please expect some small tears/holes, fraying, stains, and/or markings. Otherwise, it is ready to be worn.
