Adopted in 2009 to replace the woodland pattern, the Man's Pixelised Camouflage Pattern No.4 Dress would become Singapore's primary pattern, still used today.  
It does greatly resemble the USMC MARPAT pattern, but more green. I could not find any info as to whether MARPAT inspired this pattern. 
 
The field pants feature two waist pockets, two cargo pockets, two butt pockets, waist adjustments, and belt loops.     
 
Since these were issued, please expect small imperfections such as fading, small holes, stains, and/or fraying.
