Indonesia has tried to replace DPM with other patterns, but none have been able to dethrone it. 
This combat vest has the iconic DPM pattern, which goes well in the summer environment in the US. 
 
The combat vest has a total of eight pouches. Two utility pouches on the chest and six ammo pouches (four on the front and two on the side). Three plates can be inserted in the vest (two in the front, one in the back). 
 
It seems to fit a size large with straps on the side to tighten it for a better fit. You can also adjust the height by using Velcro straps on the shoulder, making it useful for both tall and short kings.
 
Although it doesn't appear to have been issued, please still expect possible fraying, storage wear, stains, and/or small holes. 
 
Otherwise, it seems to be in perfect shape.
