The padded shoulder straps offer comfortable wear while the suspenders help to distribute the weight on your shoulders. 
 
As these are adjustable, they are a one-size-fits-all. 
 
There is the option to choose between the typical green ones and tan. From what I could find, the tan suspenders were private purchases or designated for Syrian troops. I cannot confirm this, so I am pricing them less than the proper green ones. 
 
These are used so please expect fading, small stains, small tears, fraying, and/or markings. Otherwise, they are in great shape and ready to be used.
