There is also the option of just getting the canteen cover. 
 
There is an option for a tan canteen cover, and from what I could find is that the tan ones were either a private purchase item or intended to be issued to Syrian troops. Since I cannot confirm this, they are priced lower. 
 
These are used items, so please expect some fading, small stains, small tears, fraying, and/or marking. But otherwise, these are in good condition and ready to be used.
